My experience and comments on the Interseksi forum

It has been a great experience being amidst resourceful people like you, though not really understanding what the discussions are about.
I like the arrangement of this forum, i call it a CAFE, it is a relaxed and a conducive environment for POWERFUL discussions. The relaxed environment give one a chance to freely express him or her self. There are no rules, instead there are freedom.
What can be done differently:
Powerful discussions emerge when people have created rapport(free with each other) with each other, i feel it would make a difference if on the first day the first session is dedicated to team building and leveling the ground.
I did not notice some strong disagreements and criticisms, this has multiple realities,
The venue for the forum is outstanding, someone can not think of going to see a friend outside, its far from the city center, this was conducive for the discussions. Also other facilities like meals have been great.
It has been a great time being with you here, you have been so friendly and welcoming, despite my not understanding every part of the discussion, i felt i was part of the forum.
My coming here was to see how this forum functions, i was more interested in the processes, i like the relaxed discussions. I have improved on my bahasa Indonesia, i hope that the next forum i will be able to take an active part.

- people were not free to criticize or disagree, because they are not sure of the other sides reactions
- the presenters did their best. meaning the presentations were satisfying.
